My husband had his 40th Birthday recently and I organised a surprise deep sea fishing trip for him and his mates. When he got home, I further surprised him with this cake in the shape of a fish! Nobody wanted to cut it at first, hahaha. Eventually my husband cut it's head off... "a quick death", he said... Gee, typical fisherman. I used chocolate mud with chocolate ganache.
